Monthly Customer Satisfaction Check

WebLincs.co.uk don't want our customers to feel forgotten and left out in the cold once a project is completed and their web site is live. That's why on a monthly basis we send all of our customers an email asking if they are OK. The email links the customer through to web page with a traffic light system and all they have to do is click on the traffic light that corresponds with how they are feeling:

Red light

"I have a major issue with the web site and require urgent assistance" - WebLincs.co.uk will respond immediately to a red response.

Amber light

"I have a few burning issues with the web site, but they are not show stoppers" - we will respond to an amber response within 2 - 3 days.

Green light

"Everything is OK" - no action required.
