The following terms and conditions apply:

• Guarantees are issued on a per project basis and are non-transferable.
• The Guarantee is valid for 12 months from the completion (receipt of final payment) of your project.
• The Guarantee applies if dissatisfaction is caused by lateness of project completion, based upon the delivery timescales as agreed at the project specification stage, being the fault of WebLincs.co.uk.
• The Guarantee does not apply if the lateness of project completion is caused by the addition of extra elements to the initial specification at the client's request.
• The Guarantee does not apply if the lateness of project completion is due to delays by a third party.
• The Guarantee applies if your website does not meet the expectations set out in the project specification, being the fault of WebLincs.co.uk.
• The Guarantee does not apply if dissatisfaction is caused by variables beyond the control of WebLincs.co.uk such as but not limited to visitor numbers, sales, or Search Engine rankings.
• The Guarantee does not apply to website hosting if provided by WebLincs.co.uk.
